Zina

The beautiful Zina, who is approximately 3-4 years old, is ready to find a home! She turned up as a stray at the house of someone who had previously adopted from us. Zina is a very healthy girl with the most gorgeous soft fur, who loves her food, hanging out in the hammock next to the window, spending time outside in the catio and bouncing around the room when nobody is looking!

Zina is quite shy and cautious, is still getting used to being handled, and isn’t comfortable yet with being picked up. However, she is very gentle, quiet, and likes to receive pets.

She has adapted really well to sharing her space with other friendly fosters, although she mostly keeps to herself, we can tell that she wants to bond with other cats and is quite happy to relax close to them.

We are optimistic that Zina has the potential to become more confident over time. Once in her new home, she is expected to shy away initially as she gets used to her new surroundings.

We are looking for an understanding family who will have tons of patience to allow her to settle in naturally, build more trust, and gradually work on her comfort level with people. A quiet household is essential, probably with one or two humans and without young kids or dogs. We would love for there to be an existing friendly cat in the home, to help Zina open up more.
