Wilson

Beautiful Wilson, who is 2 years old, is ready to find his new home! Wilson recently came into our care and was initially a little scared, but quickly became very affectionate and trusting. He gives the very best head bops, adores curling up on your lap or a comfy blanket and loves having someone around for company and attention.

Our vets have identified that Wilson has a minor heart murmur. As he is a young cat, they confirmed that this won’t be an immediate health concern, but something to monitor as he gets older.

His ideal family will need to have some patience to continue to build trust as he is may be a little cautious when entering a new environment. As a result an adult-only home or a home with older children would be perfect so he won’t be startled by sudden movements or loud unexpected noises.

Once settled in, he will make the sweetest cat who will reward you with the loudest of purrs and companionship.   Ideally Wilson would also find a home where he is not left alone for long periods of time.

So far, he has responded well to other foster cats, but given that he is a fully grown adult male, a home as a solo cat or with a younger cat would be the most suitable. The perfect home would be in a rural setting, away from busy roads, where Wilson will have access to the outdoors when the time comes.
