Eli

Eli is a wonderful dog.  He is a young, mixed breed (probably some lurcher in him) and he is only medium sized. He is a really soft, gentle, willing-to-please boy who we absolutely love having at our centre.

Eli is approx 18 months of age and was found as a stray in West Cork.  He plays and interacts beautifully with all dogs and could be rehomed alone or with a suitable companion.

Eli is still learning about lead walking, he needs a bit of encouragement and cajoling but he is coming along nicely with it.  Off the lead he is very reliable and never moves too far from his handler.

Eli would do really well as a family pet, small children may be slightly too much for hom but his gentleness and good manners will make him absolutely fine for children 8+

We know already that Eli cannot be rehomed with cats, he wants to chase and play too much with them.  It is the only element of his character that is not straightford and relaxed!  A secure garden is preferrable but depending on whether the location is very rural it may not be essential.

Eli loves toys, he loves bed, he thinks you are the loveliest person ever when you give him treats!!  We are hugely hopeful that Eli will find a loving home who will gently bring on the very best in this fantastic boy.

To apply for Eli please read the Adoption Process on our website and apply using the Adoption Questionnaire.
