Rusty and Nixon

We love these two little terrier dudes so much! They came into WCAWG after their owner sadly passed away. This mother and son duo (momma Rusty on the right) will soon be turning 10 and 9.
They are in terrific health and came with a full veterinary history – all vaccines and microchips were kept up to date by their old owner. They are settling in so well, absolutely lovely recall in the fields, walk well on the lead, love to potter around but have plenty of energy to play and mess around!
They are incredibly well house-trained, love their beds and are used to an outdoorsy snuffling life. Be in no doubt these two will be wonderful companions for their future owner and will add a happy, enthusiastic presence to the home.
If there is one caveat, it is that they are used to being a pair – and a pair of terriers tend to bark a bit when they first spy a person coming into the home or a new dog. There is nothing in it, they are unbelievably sociable with dogs and people alike (although momma is the boss!) but just to be aware of sudden outbursts!
To apply for these little legends, who we will not be splitting up, please read the adoption process on our website and apply using the Adoption Questionnaire on the website.
