Daisy

Daisy is a very tidy-sized collie. She is approximately 18 months of age is doing very well here in WCAWG. She was surrendered to the rescue as she wasn’t suitable as a working dog.
Daisy loves the love. She is obsessed with hugs and cuddles and we know that in her future home her owner will be the apple of her eye! She has wonderful recall when she is off the lead – any excuse to be near you! – and walks ever so gently on the lead.
Daisy shares a kennel and takes walks with plenty of dogs here at the rescue centre. Meeting dogs is no problem at all but we still envisage she might do best as an only dog in the home. This is largely because she is so human-focused that we don’t want any jealousy issues to arise with a companion dog. However, if you do have a mellow companion who would be happy for Daisy to steal a fair portion of your attention this could also work.
Daisy is a nimble, agile, clever little lady who doesn’t have any tendency to bark or be destructive. She will make the most loyal companion for somebody! If you think you could be that person, please do fill in our Adoption Questionnaire – West Cork Animals
